Good place for quick meals after landing and/or waiting next flight. Easy order with staff (basic English but well). Some junk foods have delicious taste and diversity drinks as well.

The staff speak fluent English, and the shop opens early in the morning (I visited at 5:50 am). They offer simple breakfast bento boxes and sell coffee, cakes, and other souvenirs. Prices differ for dine-in versus takeout, with takeout being cheaper.

I got a frozen matcha beverage here and it was pretty good. The ice could have been blended more but the flavor was as expected. Service was very quick but not the most hospitable, but no real complaints there. Just felt like a weird set up to pay and then get my drink, kind of cramped with no real place to sit or order with multiple people around.

It is a solid, and affordable place in the middle of an airport. The portions are small, but flavourful. It took approximately 4 minutes to get my order and it seems like the Tokyo version of a Starbucks. I paid approximately ¥1700 for the 2 items you see in my picture. The service providers speak minimal English but it is possible because they understand the words on their menu. You pay slightly more for dine in but not enough to complain about. You have a view have a view of the incoming flights as well through the glass window if you want cheating with a view. The only thing that would make this a 5 out of 5 is if their products were a little larger but that would cut into the profits so I don't blame them.
